Crew went above and beyond!!! Installed A/C, ensured that my HVAC was running efficiently, even helped troubleshoot my tankless water heater, and to top it off discovered my gas meter was leaking and contacted Fortis on my behalf. We had a new furnace and heat pump installed.  The experience, right from the quote to install was handled very professionally.  The crew was on time and prepared to complete the work. Had our central AC installed in our gas furnace today in Parksville. Can’t say enough about this company for coordination, focus, skill and workmanship from job estimation to completion. Tough job in a low crawl space. Shout out to sub-contractor DelMar Electric for the proficient and practical installation of the auxiliary cabling, switches and breakers. Great team! Totally awesome service. The salesperson was fantastic. The technicians are incredible. The attention to detail was a joy to behold. When everything was done, they gave me the full walk around and inspection. And then ran through the logistics of how to operate it. We could not be happier we know we chose the right company.
